Vibrational Tuning Sessions
PJ's work for you always begins with the creation of your custom flower essence. Your essence reveals the dominant emotional vibration you will be experiencing and gives clues to the types of situations you will encounter. Then she looks at your chart, which helps provide more detail.
Suggestions may be made regarding the use of a particular crystal, color, essential oil or perhaps a ritual or activity she feels would benefit you in the weeks ahead. E-mail session summaries are provided. Please allow 48 hours.
During your session you will learn:
All about your flower essence and its
targeted emotional energy pattern.
How your essence relates to the current
planetary activity that is activating your natal chart.
How to use the strengths and mitigate
the challenges presented by your natal chart
relevant to this time period.
You are encouraged to e-mail any questions or concerns you may have between sessions. PJ will check in on you about two weeks
after your session and invite you to share
your insights and progress.

Sessions (For Animals See Below)
Each session (regular or update) is preceded by a minimum of one hour prep time formulating your essence and reviewing your chart. The results are then delivered to you.
The consultation includes your custom flower essence, a 45 minute phone consultation, e-mail summary of the key session points including any peak times/dates of note, and a complimentary copy of your chart. $125
Follow-up Essences
After an Update, you are eligible to receive up to 2 additional custom flower essences in the 3 month period following your session for $35 each. For example, if your session is any day in April , you would have until May 31 to take advantage of the first one, and June 30th. the second. (Save with our Seasonal Saver Package! See sidebar.)
A brief summary of your essence and its targeted issues will be e-mailed to you when your essence is shipped, usually within 24 hours.
Animals
People usually seek help for their furry friends when they are showing signs of emotional distress or behavioral abnormalities. PJ talks with you about your concerns, then sits quietly and allows the root cause and custom formula to emerge. The intake phone call is helpful in painting a clearer picture, but the formula would be the same with or without it. Hearing your voice is also helpful.
Animals are very receptive to essences and may respond immediately depending on the issue, but correcting deep or chronic disturbances is a process often requiring more than one essence.

How often will I need a new essence?
Custom flower essences are usually designed for a 3-4 week period though during intense periods or situations you may process faster and find yourself wanting a new one. Until you're acclimated to how they work, PJ can give you an idea when these periods might occur. It's always your decision.
Many people report feeling empowered knowing that they are giving themselves consistent emotional support that's in sync with the rhythm of the cosmos and look forward to the arrival of a new essence every month. Others drop in occasionally, often during crisis periods for a short series.

How often are sessions
recommended?
The planets are constantly moving, changing our electromagnetic fields, our inner and outer playing fields. Some people want the support of monthly sessions. Others drop in for sessions when they feel they need one and utilize follow-up essences in between.

What can be done in 20 minutes?
A lot! The mini update package is geared towards people who are either pretty much on track informationally, but would like an essence and a brief "check-in", or those going through intense periods who would like some extra ongoing support between standard sessions.
