The Vibrational Universe
Everything is made of energy particles vibrating at different frequencies - the denser the object, the lower the frequency. Many things affect those frequencies. Temperature, for example, raises as well as lowers the vibration of water turning it to steam or ice respectively. Environmental factors affect our own frequencies as well. And our emotions, the mercury in our own personal thermometers, have a profound influence. So how do we keep our balance? Or perhaps more importantly, how do we regain it once we've lost it?
The benefits of meditation are well-known. A quiet mind is an immune system's strongest ally. But whether we meditate or not, the most important thing we can do is to become aware of what and who we allow into our energy fields. Whatever we ingest, be it via sight, sound, taste, smell, touch or thought, introduces the vibration that it carries, for better or worse, into our energy field and affects our well-being.
Do we, for example, choose to watch violent movies or comedies? Each has an immediate effect on our immune system. The beneficial effects of laughter are at the heart of Norman Cousins' book, Anatomy of an Illness, the true story of his triumph over a debilitating illness. Mozart's music has been used to lift spirits and increase creativity while (some) rap music has been used as actual torture. Our thoughts and emotions release various substances - hormones such as adrenaline and opiate-like neurotransmitters called endorphins which directly affect the body.
Essential oils, with their express olfactory route to the limbic system, the emotional HQ in the brain, are powerful vibrational tools. So are tuning forks, crystals and light itself. And one of the most extraordinary vibrational tools we have is flower essences.

Vibrational Tuning is the gentle recalibration of our etheric bodies, returning them to the frequency of our truth and higher purpose. It is a method of restoring the natural order by bringing the personality back into alignment with the Soul.
The cosmos is a vast living body of which we are still parts. The Sun is a great heart whose tremors run through our smallest veins. The Moon is a great nerve-center from which we quiver forever. Who knows the power that Saturn has over us, or Venus? But it is a vital power, rippling exquisitely through us all the time.
